Prove your Airbnb was cleaned. Before the dispute lands.
Your cleaner taps through a photo checklist on their phone. You get a PDF with GPS + timestamps. Handle disputes in 30 seconds instead of 30 minutes.
You can't prove what you can't see.
You're not at the property. Your cleaner is. When something goes sideways, you need more than a text message that says "all done 👍".
"The guest just emailed. Says the place was filthy when they arrived. Wants a refund."
"Ran late, got called off, finished the kitchen and bathroom — didn't do the bedrooms. I'll grab them tomorrow."
"We've reviewed the cleaning dispute and charged $180 to your account. Please respond within 72 hours with evidence."
Three steps. No new hardware.
Your cleaner already has a phone. That's the whole setup.
Build a photo checklist per property.
Drag-drop prompts into the order you want them walked. Drop in a reference photo for anything fiddly — the stovetop, the towel fold, the alarm panel.
Tap through prompts with the live camera.
Open the cleaning from their phone. Each prompt shows your reference shot in a picture-in-picture. Shoot, move on. Done.

Download proof. Or email it straight on.
A clean PDF lands in your dashboard the second the cleaner finishes. Download it, or forward it to the guest or the platform from the same screen.
Photos are the sweet spot.
Video is heavy to upload on dodgy regional 4G and a nightmare to scrub through at 11pm on a Sunday. A pure tick-box checklist is just an opinion with a timestamp.
A photo with GPS + timestamp is evidence. It's small, it's skim-able, and it's what platforms and insurers actually want to see.
One page per cleaning. Platform-ready.
Every photo is captioned with the prompt, a timestamp, and GPS — or "GPS unavailable" if the cleaner's indoors in an old double-brick.
- 01Header — your org logo, property, cleaner, date and session ID.
- 02Photo grid — three to the row, each with the prompt, GPS, and timestamp.
- 03Signed footer — a session ID you can cross-reference against the cleaner's device.
One price. One property or ten.
No seats, no per-property fee, no "Contact sales". We didn't build a pricing table because there's nothing to compare.

No. Checklistr is a Progressive Web App — your cleaner opens the link you send them, taps "Add to Home Screen" once, and it behaves like an app from there on. No app store, no approvals, no forced updates.
The photo is captured as "GPS unavailable" in the PDF. The timestamp and session ID still stand, and the other photos in the same session usually have a fix — which is enough to place the whole cleaning at the property.
You do. We store them in Cloudflare R2 under your organisation's bucket and never use them for anything other than rendering your reports. Cancel your account, export your photos, walk away.
Yes — plenty of hosts walk their own properties. Build the checklist once, open it on your phone on turnover day, tap through. Same PDF at the end.
Anything you need cleaning proof for. Stayz, Booking.com, direct bookings, end-of-lease on long-term rentals, move-out cleans, even commercial end-of-day closes. The product doesn't know or care which platform you use.
